HERE IS THE STORY ON THIS BARN FIND CORVETTE: This car was from Illinois and purchased by a customer in Wisconsin. He took it to a shop in Wisconsin to be restored and bailed on the project after he realized what the restoration costs would be since the frame needed to be replaced. We bought the car and we took it to the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals car show in Chicago in November of 2016. In a car show with 750 of the nicest muscle cars in the country, this car received almost more publicity than all the other cars in the show. It is a pretty much unrestored orginal car which seems to attract a extreme amount of attention these days. Even NCRS Judges were checking it out! That is why we also display it at the Detroit Autorama Extreme Display in the basement of Cobo Hall with the "Rat Rods"where it won Best Unrestored Car In That Section. BARN FIND NOTES: All of the fiberglass body and all the window glass have been sold as unit. We will be parting out the rest of this vehicle which includes tons of original, very rare survivor parts.
